I cook for a family, I'm not a curry person but started using Mrs Singh last year. The Biriani is just the best thing I'd ever eaten, but the guests like a masala, so last week we tried the Shahid, wow not only did they love it, I loved it!!! Your recipes and spice mixes make things so easy, but easy don't mean flavourless, this mix was stunning, I will be cooking this many many times, even for a non curry person this was fabulous!!!!

This is brilliant, the recipes are spot on and easy to follow and the spices are biblical. Just beautiful, restaurant quality food every time. Takes a while to adjust to your heat level so I would say go gently and build up. I will never go anywhere else for my spices now. Plus the tins are so smart and eco swell !

This made the best Rogan Josh we have ever had. Perfect. I add more garlic, ginger and spices to our taste, but it is authentic and wonderful. I served it for a dinner party and all agreed.

Absolutely beautiful
I made a prawn biryani and it was fantastic. A bit of a labour of love but if you follow the recipe you will not be disappointed. Gorgeous.
