Where to begin... I now buy the spice blends for gifts, I want everyone to enjoy the same pleasures. We used to spend long hours - enjoyably - on days where it was decided we'd cook a curry. I have had the Mrs. Balbir Singh's Cookery book for decades, the ingredients are so detailed but now I batch cook my dishes using the spice blends already deliciously mixed for me and can open the freezer any day of the week for a supper more than ordinary. the spice blends are wonderful. One curious query - why the bigger tins ? they don't hold any larger quantity than the original containers....

They’re well balanced, delicious, unique and versatile.
