Old Delhi Butter Chicken is one of the best curries I have ever made, to elevate this curry use the Tandoori Rub to marinade the chicken. I was diagnosed Coeliac a few years back & I cannot eat maize/corn so my diet mainly consists of curries 4/5 nights of the week, I also have basmati rice for breakfast with a touch of whatever curry sauce I have made.
