I bought a selection of the MBS grill spices for a casual outdoor dinner party and these cocktail kebabs were our favourite. Very quick and easy to make, these little patties were delicious make with pork sausage meat. Always use a food processor to blend the meat with other ingredients. Doing this makes the flavour and texture sublime. Far better than any starter at our local Indian restaurant. I’m sure they would work with other meats too. The cooked patties can be eaten hot or cold and freeze well too - but I doubt there will be any left over!

The spices from Mrs Babir Singh are the real deal they smell fantastic and really enhance my food. Time saving, trying to remember the spice mix for every dish. Tins are elegant and look wonderful on my shelf for all to see. Absolutely recommend this company. The supply of the recipe cards are fantastic printed on quality materials not cheap flimsy paper. For those not aware gift boxes containing the full 14 tin bundle are coming I've been reliably informed. How wonderful to be able to give this to friends and family.

I ordered the biryani and garam masala tins and made an absolutely delicious chicken biryani. They are quite pricey but worth every penny and still tons cheaper than a vastly inferior takeaway. Next on my shopping list is the Kerala coconut curry spice tin and will order a bundle for my daughter's Christmas stocking.
