I really liked this one. Liquidize the onions and this adds to the sauce.
First but not my last. Loved the spices and texture of this dish as did my vegetarian friends.
I have been using the book Indian Cookery for years, so it's great to have the spice mixes for these recipes.
I have all of them, so far, and they are all fantastic. So glad I discovered them, and look forward to many more.
