Beautifully mixed spices with a subtle flavour. Aromatic and not too hot. Have tried before but experimented by adding 1 aubergine and lentils along with the chickpeas. Just add extra tomatoes and a bit more masala to adjust flavours. Tasted superb!!!! Thanks
Tried this and was a little apprehensive but omg! It makes the most amazing chana masala, even better than my local Indian restaurant.
Not had chance to make this yet, if it’s anything like the rest of the spices I will not be disappointed.
A healthy reliable side dish, that never fails to please.
So simple to follow the recipe card and only a little time later to be eating such yummy meals
