Ordered the biryani and the butter chicken and both were amazing. My kids said it was the best curry I’ve made. I have never made biryani before though. It was a little spicy for my daughter so next time I might put a little less spicy but the taste was lovely. Would thoroughly recommend
This is the 2nd time I've ordered this Biryani spice mix, it is simply stunning. Have even given it to one of my friends and they agreed. Buy it, you won't be disappointed
The biriani was very authentic. I also made the Old Delhi Butter Chicken and that was my favourite of the two curries using the spice blends. I also made the vegetable curry from Mrs Balbir Singhs recipe on the website and it was really enjoyed by our guests
I made chicken Biryani and although it was a bit more work than the other curries the effort was well worth it. I made a potato and veg sauce to go with it and it was truly delicious.
Even though next time I will reduce the amount of salt I put in, the dish was amazing. It was just a little too salty for my partner and I. But delicious, thank you
