This is aromatic, as expected and has some curious new tastes. It’s good. Next time I will use less than the recipe advice and perhaps add potato and peas.
Made a beautifully spiced Lamb keema curry. Tasted just like my mums creations.The Mughlai Keema Masalla is so good. Makes an authentic tasting curry.
For many years I have tried to produce a Keema curry as good as one that I used to buy in Nairobi at last I have found the solution. Thank you.
