Wouldn’t normally have a mince curry but so so glad I made this! Fantastic flavours and so easy to make. Recommend trying this it’s delicious!
Lovely subtle spice mix. Creamy curry but nice spice aftertaste. Family can’t get enough. A repeat order every time for me.
This is a family favourite and is easy to make using the recipe that is supplied with mix. I would suggest using a food thermometer to prevent overcooking the chicken.

Have used the butter chicken spice mix which was excellent. The Rogan Josh spice mix is equally good. Fairly easy to prepare . I made them night before and then finished off the day I was going to use them . Seemed to enrich the flavours. Try them you can’t ho wrong !
Not going to lie...this recipe is a Labour of love with quite a number of stages in the prep and putting together of the dish. That said the results are amazing and better than any takeaway I've had. Just a shame it's a limited addition....if it truly is limited, If be sticking up on this one for sure!
Had the Lamb run on a shoulder of lamb. Prep the night before and left in fridge. Just roast slowly for fall off the bone delicious ness. Served it with tandoori rub potatoes and a salad of green leaves, red onion and coriander together with Persian flat bread and the mint chutney from the site recipes...was absolutely delicious.
The rub is on another level. Oiled (avocado oil) and brushed over slotted chicken thighs and marinaded over night. Cooked on medium/low BBQ, better than local restaurant. 10/10 for flavour. Will explore other products in the kit offering I purchased. Let the cooking begin ⭐

This curry was so tasty, so much flavour and the whole family loved it.
I ordered to see whether these live up to the hype... they do!! This made the best butter chicken sauce ever. I've tried loads of Indian spice blends and recipes and this sauce is just amazing. I cooked it alongside other T&T recipes for a family get-together. The recipe card produces a big pan full of sauce and I am going to try it with paneer next. Really very impressive!!
Having come down from the Midlands to Somerset the takeaways have been particularly disappointing. Thought I'd give this a go, it turned out to be outstanding, have ordered more...

I love the Rogan Josh, but my absolute favourites are the Shia Chicken masala and Butter chicken.
The curries are full of flavour, easy to make, and the customer service is outstanding and very responsive. Love them 5*

Amazing tart curry . Better than most restaurants and easy to make .
Put a leg of lamb in the slow cooker then used a whole tin of the rogan josh spices, made a tasty curry and got six decent size meals, I did add 2 chillis as I do like a bit of 🔥
Made some wraps with the leftovers. Perfect for a tasty lunch at work the next day
