This is one of my favourites, tastes amazing and so quick and easy to make.
I initially bought the full pack of all the spices, but so far have only tried and fully succumbed to the Keralan Coconut curry. Yes it takes a little bit longer than pouring a jar of slop into a pan, or even these hybrid spice packets that are available, but this is so far ahead in terms of taste it's not even close.
A lot of the extra ingredients (coconut milk, ginger paste, garlic paste etc) are staple ingredients for multiple curries, which means you're not just buying for a once only meal and the recipe card is so easy to follow. It really feels like genuine thought has gone into the whole meal 'experience', from the preparation to the cooking and I genuinely believe it is worth every penny. Even writing this review my mouth is already salivating from remembering the Keralan Coconut curry I did a couple of nights ago. I cannot recommend enough.
This has to be the best Keralan curry I've ever made or had at restaurants and take aways.
Simple to make.
Simply delicious
This is the second recipe I have tried and it was a great success! The Butter chicken was also very tasty. Both recipes very easy to follow.
This knocks the spots off any other product I have purchased.
Fantastic taste and my family now think I have mastered this dish after so many attempts
Once again I wish they would offer larger pots
