Keraran Coconut curry is absolutely delicious, very simple to cook thanks to the wonderful spice mix
Premade the sauce according to the recipe, reheated gently when ready to serve over rice, made with chicken stock, peas and peppers and steamed long stem broccoli. Absolutely delicious!
Such lovely light flavours going to try it with fish and prawns next time once again top marks on your spices
