Ordered this after already trying the butter chicken- this is really good, very tasty, easy to make, and just as good if not better than a takeaway- highly recommend- I’ve now ordered another 2 flavours to add to my collection:)
I’ve made butter chicken about 6 times now using this blend. Always comes out brilliantly. I tweak it slightly as I prefer a stronger fenugreek flavour and add a little extra chilli, I think after my experimentation, I have if perfect for my taste.
I used the recipe emailed me to make tikka paneer, very impressed, I’ll definitely be making them again, and trying it with chicken too.
First time trying this recipe and the flavours and right amount of spices are sensational 👏🏻 I have made this for friends now in tubs to take away and they want to place orders with me ☺️
We served this on Easter Sunday and everyone raved about it. Even one of the kids who never eats lamb had some and loved it. It's simple to prepare and the flavours and cooking method is perfect. Another Mrs Balibir Singh win!
I have tried various supplies in the past but Mrs. Singh's are the best for flavour and aroma. Combined with the recipe cards, preparing dishes has been no problem. Have not tried a spice rub before so I'm looking forward to using this.
Made the roast leg of lamb raan last week- easy to follow recipe and everyone thoroughly raved about it. Cooked it slightly longer but on a lower temperature which worked really well.

We have tried all of the curry spices and the rubs and would recommend them to everyone but the butter chicken is another level, fabulous. It is our absolute favourite and is regularly requested/cooked. The depth of flavour is amazing and something I haven’t been able to replicate with other spice combinations/recipes. This is definitely our ‘go to’ curry and nobody does it like Mrs Balbir Singh!
Excellent pack. Have followed the recipes for these curries from the connoisseur collection. Each one is different. The depth of flavour is fantastic, much better than any other brand we’ve tried. Will definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend

This lamb tasted delicious, so easy to prepare and just put in the oven, came out looking like I had spent hours on it. The meat was so tender. I used a bigger joint so had leftovers which I used in the Kashmiri Roghan Josh, the next day. 2 amazing dishes

3rd order now of these amazing spices!! The masala chops recipe is amazing 🤩.. I make the rogan Josh at least once a week. The recipe cards are so easy to follow and definitely an added bonus.

I've now tried all 3 that arrived,Butter chicken,Rogan josh,and Goan Vindaloo.
The Butter Chicken is absolutely out of this world and would definitely order again. The Rogan josh and Goan Vindaloo are nowhere near of the same taste that I normally have. They weren't inedible far from it but no,I wouldn't order those 2 again. Others might well enjoy them,but not for me.👍
