I made a chicken biryani following the recipe, it was a great success. My wife and I only ate half, froze the remainder and when defrosted it was even better. The whole chicken tandoori was amazing too.
The gift box is great value and the recipes so easy to understand. My family loved it too(and have already borrowed !!! some of the spices.

So I made the Lamb Raan for Christmas eve dinner as we like to have a curry before our traditional Christmas dinner on the 25th. It was delicious and I absolutely loved it. These spices are fantastic. Just ordered my tandoori spice so that's going to be next

Absolutely love this.The spice blend is just right and if you follow the recipe provided it makes great butter chicken.You can have it as spicy as you want.If you prefer less spicy add less ginger.I bought this for someone else as they loved the butter chicken I had previously made for them.

Made old Delhi Butter Chicken a few times and finished the tub but was sitting the other night trying to think what to make for dinner when hubby announced what he really fancied was Old Delhi butter chicken so had to put in emergency order 🤣
I really did buy by chance, really thought I would just try, but to be honest it surprised me just how good and authentic . If you follow the recipes to the letter you’ll be amazed the taste is fantastic. Highly recommend

Very flavourful, a good amount of heat without being overpowering. Works really well with chick peas. I've also tried it with a paneer curry which was also excellent.
This blend is incredible! There are so many layers of flavour to this dish. Absolutely beautiful. Better than takeaway - almost impossible to get wrong. Will be buying more!
