I made a Kashmiri Rogan Josh at the weekend and can honestly say it was fabulous. The rich flavour from the spices was surblime. Better than any take away or restaurant curry I have ever had.
I made the butter chicken yet again so so easy anyone can do it with ease , if anyone wants restaurant quality at well below takeaway prices look no further 10/10
This curry is stunning, everyone that tries it loves it. Really great flavour, that gives any takeaway a run for its money. The guides are super easy to use, a handy size and wipeable. This curry is on the hotter side, I reduce the number of teaspoons used to 3 1/2 to get what I would describe as a medium strength and it doesn’t affect the taste, remains amazing!
Fantastic products well worth trying. Have given a set to grandson who has tried and was very impressed with result.
Made this following the recipe, however found it a bit spicy for a chicken tikka masala.
So. The biggest most critical critic on the planet my 20yr old son! His words, it was like a proper Indian that we (he and friends) go to, but Better!!

Excellent service on both occasions (bought one for my son for his birthday) We then decided to buy one for ourselves and the one curry we have used (Shahi Chicken Masala) was delicious. Looking forward to trying the rest of them.
We don't go out for curry anymore. No need, none of them come close to what they are like at home with this set.
These spice mixes make cooking great tasing and very flovoursome Indian food really easy. The recipie cards are clear and easy to follow, and the results are fantastic.

So far I have used this to make tandoori flavoured baby potatoes and chicken tikka skewers and they are an absolute game changer, recommended to all my social media friends with pictures of what I’ve made with tags and links to the product as I am a total convert to using this x

I’ve purchased many items from Mrs Balbir Singh and each and every one of them is amazing. From the incredible smell and fragrance when you open the tin to the unbelievable taste in every bite it really does deliver. Absolutely brilliant.
I was given a selection of Mrs Balbir Singh's spices as gift and I can honestly say they have transformed the way I cook curry. The flavours are phenomenal and so I decided to buy the connoisseur collection. It's too soon to have tried them all but judging by the first set, I am certain that I will find totally different and authentic flavours from all over the wonderful country of India. And yes I have been there and eaten their fantastically flavoured foods.

Purchased mughlai masala blend and was very pleased with the product. Terrific aroma and the taste it added to our dish was amazing.
