This dish is amazing. It takes a little longer than most of the other recipes but honestly it’s worth it. It looks amazing and tastes delicious.
I have been trying to master Indian cookery for a while and look no further this has really been so helpful and creates the mouth watering curries I have been wanting to achieve - thank you Mrs Balbir Singh - only created a few so far, but so good A1 5*
Simple recipes, accessible ingredients (once you swap fresh garlic and ginger for paste and always make sure you have onions and coriander) great taste. Great product!

We have become regulars users of Mrs Balbir Singh products. From the moment they arrive they scream quality, packed beautifully and presented well. But that the bonus. The recipe cards are detailed and easy to follow, the spices blended and mixed to perfection ultimately producing a fantastic dish, Much better than restaurant quality. Our dal was truly tasty and a delight to be eating as a home made dish.
I made the New Delhi Butter Chicken and was immediately impressed by the simplicity and above all the incredible flavour.

The mrs can't get enough of Old Butter Chicken. It's now her favourite curry. I'd have to agree it is really nice. On to the Biryani next - lets see if that can top my own reciepe.
Bought butter chicken and tikka spices just made the butter chicken and it tastes delicious definitely recommended will definitely be trying other products

Absolutely love it. Won't use anything else now. I make a big batch and freeze as we have to have one every week. Going to make a big one to have with friends. Sooooooo!!! Tasty.
We are so impressed with the quality and flavour- it genuinely is better than a takeaway. The recipe cards are precise and easy to follow and the results are amazing tasting food we are still talking about days later. Highly recommended
Delicious curry, but spoiled by the amount of salt it states in the recipe.

I was invited to dinner by my daughter who had prepared a curry. Although she is a good cook I was astonished by just how really good the curry was. I even remarked that it was better than any we ever had from restaurants. I asked my daughter for the recipe and she explained the ingredients came from Mrs Balbir Singh. A a result I have just bought a collection but have yet to use it and am really looking forward to my first curry
