I decided to give the Mrs Balbir spice blends a try a while ago … it was so so good, easy to cook and now I’ve nearly finished my 1st Order stock .. I couldn’t bear the thought of ‘being without’ … so I’ve ordered bigger quantities with my second order…
The butter chicken (finished product ) is just devine and truly the best I’ve ever cooked. It’s tangy, has a little kick but moreover, it’s subtle and very authentic…
I would have no hesitation to recommend it…

Better than takeaway curry
I precious bought the butter chicken spice and it was really delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we recently ordered another 2 pots of the spice as we intend to cook it for family and friends. Initially I thought the garlic and ginger quantities were too high but once cooked, the level was just perfect.
