I've been buying Mrs Balbir Singh spices for a few years now. My go to favourite is the Old Delhi Butter Chicken, it's simple to make and tastes amazing. I have cooked it for lots of friends & family and they all wanted the recipe. Works well for vegetarian guests too making the Mahkani with Paneer.
We also really enjoy the Vindaloo it's outstanding. I have made it with Pork and was so happy with the result, so delicious not hot as I feared just wonderful flavour. I have reccomended the spices to so many people to try as I honestly think the blends & recipes are amazing and allow you to simply make restaurant worthy dishes that you can enjoy at home.

I just wanted to leave a review to say how brilliant this company is.
I’ve been using Mrs Balbir Singh blends and recipes for years and the flavour is honestly exceptional — rich, balanced, and better than any takeaway we’ve ever had. Every dish tastes like it’s been cooked with real depth and care, and following their recipes has completely changed the standard of cooking in our house.
What really stood out this time, though, was the customer service. I emailed with a couple of questions and didn’t expect such a thoughtful, helpful reply. They took the time to respond properly, gave clear advice, and were genuinely kind and enthusiastic, which made the whole experience feel very personal.

A Lovely easy supper dish!
A great Indian street food dish. Very quick to prepare and delicious served in a milk roll, with a roti, on a sweet potato or with rice!
