Decided to try these with some gunpowder potato’s and the Balbir Singh butter chicken whilst away with friends. Couldn’t get the French trimmed chops, but had the saddle lamb chops instead… Pre-marinated the meats and then did the chops on the BBQ whilst doing the rest in pans in doors. Amazing. The friends love good quality food and cooking and absolutely loved both the chops and the butter chicken. Highly recommend them both.
Used this on chops on Saturday but on the BBQ they were amazing
