This was by far the best butter chicken I have made, really authentic and real depth.
I've orfered the Biryani several times now and it always turns out just great when following the supplied recipe instructions. Last time I made a big batch of it and the famiky loved it. I would recommend Mrs Balbir Singh spices to everyone as I've tried all the curry ones and never been disappointed.
Wonderful aroma of fresh spices each time you open the tin. A quarter teaspoon at the end of cooking your chosen curry lifts the dish to the next level. Warm and spicy. Better than any supermarket brand.

This is absolutely delicious, my impression in a resteraunt is that this would be mild & slighty sweet however this exceeded my expectations, it is absolutely delicious. In my 1st order I bought old Delhi butter chicken which I love however this is now my favourite spice mix.

Bought when on offer as this was always going to be my next urchasr - hubby likes a hot curry and I read the excellent reviews for this one - haven't tried it yet as a bit too hot for curries at the moment but excited to give it a go
Lovely addition to my collection of beautifulittle jars - so attractive in the green cour - perhaps all jars should be different colours? I haven't tasted the Biriyani yet as I bought when it was on offer but I'm sure it will be fantastic

We’ve been using the spice blends for some time now, butter chicken being one of our favourites.
We decided to try something a little hotter and cooked the Goan Vindaloo last week.
It didn’t disappoint! Not as ‘hot’ as intended as we reduced the amount of spice blend but nevertheless really authentic and enjoyable. These curries also freeze and reheat fabulously, we now tend to batch cook every few weeks.
We’re so pleased that we discovered Mrs Balbir Singh’s spice blends, we haven’t ordered an Indian takeaway in over 18 months!
