Excellent service on both occasions (bought one for my son for his birthday) We then decided to buy one for ourselves and the one curry we have used (Shahi Chicken Masala) was delicious. Looking forward to trying the rest of them.
We don't go out for curry anymore. No need, none of them come close to what they are like at home with this set.
These spice mixes make cooking great tasing and very flovoursome Indian food really easy. The recipie cards are clear and easy to follow, and the results are fantastic.

I have tried most of Mrs Balbir Singh spices and found to be excellent. The recipe cards are so easy to follow and deliver great results.
So far I have used this to make tandoori flavoured baby potatoes and chicken tikka skewers and they are an absolute game changer, recommended to all my social media friends with pictures of what I’ve made with tags and links to the product as I am a total convert to using this x
So glad I ordered this lovely set, so far I have made the butter chicken and biriyani. Recipe cards are easy to follow. Dishes have turned out brilliantly and the taste is amazing. I highly recommend these beautiful spices, they are stored in lovely tins. Delivery was super fast. I will definitely be trying others.

I was given a selection of Mrs Balbir Singh's spices as gift and I can honestly say they have transformed the way I cook curry. The flavours are phenomenal and so I decided to buy the connoisseur collection. It's too soon to have tried them all but judging by the first set, I am certain that I will find totally different and authentic flavours from all over the wonderful country of India. And yes I have been there and eaten their fantastically flavoured foods.

Purchased mughlai masala blend and was very pleased with the product. Terrific aroma and the taste it added to our dish was amazing.

Lovely curry. Nice n spicey. Don’t know if I’m cooking it right or not but I do find it a bit of a dry curry. Not much sauce. Still very tasty tho.
I had some friends visit last weekend and thought I would make a curry. I ordered the spices from mrsbalbirsing.com and they arrived packed to perfection and in good time. I then set about making my Old Deli Butter Chicken using the recipe card enclosed in my order. All went well, my guests turned up as arranged, we went to the pub for a quick drink before tea. Got back home and finished putting the final touches to the curry and sat down to eat. The curry was insane to say the least, best curry we have ever eaten. The flavours were amazing and so authentic. Simple effective and dam right delicious. Thank you so much Mrs Balbirsingh, what a superstar…..

I would never have thought about a coconut curry if it wasn't for the Keralan spices.I have made many now and each one has been excellent.Easy to use recipe card and spices are superb.
Sorry, I haven't used it yet but I'm looking forward to doing so, and if it lives up to all the other spices I have had from you then I won't be disappointed. I will write as soon as I make the first Biryani. So for now, 5 stars because I'm sure it will come up to expectations.
