Made old Delhi Butter Chicken a few times and finished the tub but was sitting the other night trying to think what to make for dinner when hubby announced what he really fancied was Old Delhi butter chicken so had to put in emergency order 🤣
I really did buy by chance, really thought I would just try, but to be honest it surprised me just how good and authentic . If you follow the recipes to the letter you’ll be amazed the taste is fantastic. Highly recommend

Very flavourful, a good amount of heat without being overpowering. Works really well with chick peas. I've also tried it with a paneer curry which was also excellent.
This blend is incredible! There are so many layers of flavour to this dish. Absolutely beautiful. Better than takeaway - almost impossible to get wrong. Will be buying more!
Gorgeous spice blend as they all are here! They taste authentic and fresh and we can’t go back to store bought sauces. This is our favourite, it’s balanced with a mild spice and the recipe is really quick. The kids love this one too and it’s become a weeknight favourite in our house. We like it as it is with a chapatti and some homemade raiita 👌
Great tasty seasonal snack or more substantial meat fish from this tasty spice mix. Just started to use but already had some a favourite.
Use this spice mix on a regular basis. It can be lavish or economical depending on your budget. Sauce freezes well for smaller portions.
So for a change this year we had 20+ friends over for a Christmas curry night. Mrs Balbir Singh to the rescue! Gone are the packets and packets of spices - that run out well before you use them all in cone tins if perfect blended fresh spices with full instructions on how to make the most amazing tasting authentic dishes. The Lamb Rogan gosh was a game changer and went down a storm. So much that 3 whole lambs legs was devoured and gone in a flash. The compliments for this outstanding dish kept coming in for days. Only downfall is my guest are all planning the next event and want to cook again. I have a secret plan of obtaining them a gift of the secret curry blend with the complimentary recipe card - true will reduce my street cred on cooking curries but as they say sharing is caring!

I can't comment on the flavours as I bought this as a gift. I popped the tins in a hamper basket and the recipient can't wait to get started with them. They look very premium - worth every penny.
My family tend to stick with what they know and always have chicken in their curries. Lamb is for roasting with a dollop of mint sauce. Well, no more! I tempted them with these masala chops and they're asking for them again already. Will definitely be ordering again.

Followed the recipe but I found it dried out too much. I would have added a step to reserve some of the sauce!!!!
