I’ve been making keema for over 40 yrs, using various masala’s including my own. Mrs Singh’s has the best depth of flavour of all of them, I believe. A very moreish curry, if slightly expensive.

Over the years we've tried many ready made sauces and spice mixes, trying to find the elusive delicious curry. In this butter chicken recipe (butter paneer for the vegetarians in the family) we've finally found it. It takes less than an hour to make and is absolutely perfect. Pairs well with the Mrs Balbir Singh dal, some rice and a naan.
The Tandoori Rub is the 6th curry blend I’ve purchased. I have to say it’s as delicious as all the rest. If you’re undecided give them a go. The recipes are easy to follow. You don’t need to purchase a lot of expensive extra ingredients in most cases it’s just tomatoes, garlic and ginger. Once you try you will not look back, they’re fab!

Butter Chicken was the 1st I tried of the 6 spices i bought and wow, the best curry i have ever had. The receipe was very easy to follow and it doesnt use obscure ingredients making it easy to keep making.

Having had butter chicken from a takeaway (enjoyable) I decided to try making my own, what a difference! No more takeaways for me, plus the enjoyment of of the preparation and aromas around the house, perfect!

I used the tandoori rub to make the cauliflower skewers. I followed the recipe from the menu card and it turned out excellent, I will be making the chicken skewers next with this rub. I would definitely recommend these spices and I will be buying more.
Really tasty kebabs with just the right amount of kick in them. The smell when cooking them was amazing. Served them with homemade flatbread and cucumber raita 10/10
By far, the most fragrant and tastiest curry spice blends I've cooked with. The butter chicken was delicious, no nasty ingredients and very authentic. Will definitely be buying more.
Have made two of the curries so far butter chicken and the Shahi Chicken Masala. Excellent both look forward to trying the others.

The Rojan Josh is amazing. Made a fantastic lamb curry this weekend and followed the instructions as directed. Perfect curry full of flavour.
