I bought the curry connoisseur collection as a little treat to myself as fed up of shop bought ready meals and wanted to have a go myself at making proper curries.
So far I've only made the Butter Chicken from the spices but also supplemented it with an Aubergine side dish that I found on the website. It took a bit of time to do for the first time but really glad I read some of the online reviews and reduced the spice level to more of my taste, but it was absolutely worth and tasted delicious, as good, if not better than restaurant curries.
I also bought the Biryani spices and looking forward to giving that a good this weekend.
Just made a curry with the Mughlai keema masala, following the recipe card, but just added a couple of chilli's as we like our curry spicy. I have to say its the best tasting lamb keema we have had made at home, absaloutly yummy & authentic... I will be purchasing more 👍....
I bought this for my husband for his birthday. We both love Indian food and this is brilliant way for us to enjoy.

First time of trying these spices today & I was a bit worried as I usually use ready made sauces but wow I won't be doing that anymore this curry was just absolutely gorgeous! Just the right level of heat as neither of us like really hot curries .....my hubby said that it was the best curry that he'd ever had! Would highly recommend 😃👌 ❤️

Absolutely delicious. Our favourite restaurant closed & nowhere could match them but this is closest to taste - we have tried many jars, mixes & other establishments but are finally happy.
I used to make up my own masala mix from individual items but I could never get it like the restaurants do. I know this is just a handful of simple spices but it just tastes so much better than anything I could make or buy elsewhere. FANTASTIC!
I have cooked two of the curries so far and both have been superb, tasty, better than any take away!!!!

After a very disappointing take-away last week costing £37 from our usually ok local I decided to try these spices. I don’t usually buy off Facebook but I’m so glad I did. UK based is a bonus. Excellent!
I always thought of vindaloo as being extremely hot so it was nice to try an authentic version of the curry. The flavours were lovely and very different from any curries I have made before. I made mine vegetarian. I will definitely make this again. All the family enjoyed it.
I bought this selection as an Xmas present for my daughter who is a keen cook especially liking curries etc. She was over the moon with what was included and has already started using it. When I saw the contants of the collection I was a little envious.Nothing but praise from her as to the quality of the spice mixes. I had already bought a smaller slection for myself and I have to say both I and our guests( for dinner) thoroughly enjoyed the Rogan Josh mix. I scaled the recipe up to feed 8 people and found that decreasing the mix 20% instead of exactly double was just right as advised by yourselves
I would also like to say the the inclusion of the recipe cards is such a nice touch and gives you the opportunity to use the spices in exactly the right amounts and authentically.
I will continue to spread the word and be back soo for my next order.

We live in Florida and struggle to get Indian food in any capacity, so I ordered the 9 pack as a Christmas gift for my husband to try making our own, and so far, we are really impressed! Keralan coconut curry was amazing, cooked half with paneer and half with chicken and both worked really well. Also made the chana masala and that was fantastic. Both tasted very authentic. A big relief after years of using poor imitation jarred sauces! Definitely looking forward to trying the other curries. We will be ordering again.
I bought this as a gift for my Son, he absolutely loves it! The presentation of the spices in the box are very attractive too - he couldn’t wait to start cooking. It’s a wonderful gift to give and I suspect I will be ordering more! The Butter Chicken is definitely a Hit!
Dispense and prep correctly follow instructions correctly and you have one amazing tasty dish, we were all loving it
Wow I made the butter chicken tonight, it was very spicy. My son and husband loved it but think I will add a bit of yoghurt to mine next time 😅
