One of my favourite spice mixes - light and fragrant but deeply flavoured. This is excellent with white fish and prawns, and also works a treat with chicken. I’ve re-ordered this and will re-order again.

I have only made a Keralan curry but will soon be moving onto the Vindaloo. The quality of this product is second to none. Having taken the advice to use coconut cream instead of milk, the result was impressive. I used chicken, but will try fish for my next attempt. Beautifully packaged, easy to follow recipes, what is not to like. Being somebody who wants to learn more about cooking, and try different dishes, I cannot recommend highly enough.

These are, simply put, kebabs to eat on any and at every occasion! Moreish taste, super texture, perfectly spiced, you’ll soon find that cooking a double portion isn’t enough, and even then there won’t be any left on the serving plate within minutes of them being served. And they make perfect picnic snacks.
Very impressive I would use more spices from you the buttered chicken was gorgeous follow the instructions,& very happy with the he end result, will definitely being ordering other spices to try . I have to be careful due to a chilli intolerance . But thank you

I’m building quite a collection of these great spice mixes! The masala is great with lamb chops or chicken legs.
When ordering this product I was very sceptical as I have tried so many claiming to be just like an Indian take away meal . But I was pleasantly surprised . The meals are delicious and very authentic Well done .

The tins are so nice too and it’s a shame to put them away in a cupboard. However, they were difficult to open.
The spices smelt incredibly good and so much more interesting than my normal homemade or shop bought ones. I have made two curries so far and I am extremely pleased with my spices. I have ordered some more as a gift to my son for his birthday. Will definitely be ordering more spices in the future.
First time making Dal. Made enough for 2 meals, had the first as a main course with rice and naan bread. It was filling, super tasty and satisfying. Leftovers were eaten as an accompaniment to another meal. This is my third spice mix and I’ll never go back to grinding and making my own spice mix or buying other brands.
Having already bought and cooked Butter Chicken I bought the Keralan Coconut Curry spice mix and wasn’t disappointed. The result was a lovely aromatic, not too hot dish. Far superior to anything else on the market.
