Best spices I have been able to get out of India - excellent recipe cards come with spices and meals produced are delicious (and better than most take-aways).
We purchased Mrs Balbir Singh’s ‘Master Curry & Tandoori Collection’ recently.
We’ve already made two of the recipes using the spices and the meals were truly amazing!
Really authentic flavours and the supplied recipe cards are so easy to follow.
I don’t see us ever wasting money on buying in takeaways now we’ve discovered how easy it is to create a fresh, authentic Indian meal.
After ordering we have tried two so far. The Rogan Josh and Butter Chicken. They are amazing we loved them both. Very easy instructions to follow. Can’t wait to try another at the weekend
OMG. This combo is a total game changer. The whole family loves this dish. I am half Indian and have been taught how to make a good curry. I always taste and think hmmm more spice!! Usually ends up too hot. If you follow the recipe card (which is really easy) you get a perfect curry every time. I love all the recipes and spices I have purchased and they have really upped my curries. BTW I haven’t told the family, they all think I’ve inherited the art!!!
Have tried these spices and they are wonderful easy recipie given fresh and authentic all spice in one tin !!!
We put the Roast lamb ran on lamb shoulder, it was delicious, the family really enjoyed it as well
I’ve had many a different spice/s from all over the place but must was introduced to Mrs Balbir Singh spices by a friend .. I could not believe how tasty my lamb chops were, I followed the simple instructions and WOW ..! Best I’ve tasted, I’ve tried the rest but these are the best !
I made butter chicken recently and wow! Incredible. Without a doubt the best curry I’ve ever made. Customer service is also brilliant

All I can say about this mix is to say it delivered the best biryani I’ve ever created at home and my family said the flavour and meal were at restaurant standard - the card that came with the mixture was so easy to follow and great to have in your pocket at the supermarket whilst buying the required other ingredients. Cannot recommend it enough / fantastic
You have to try this incredible spice mix, it tastes absolutely amazing and the longer you leave it in the fridge to marinate the better results you get - first time I left it 4 hours and second time overnight - the longer the better. This is the best spice mix I’ve ever put on lamb chops and will definitely be buying more
This was my second attempt at a Mrs B Singh recipe and again everything was simple and tasted great, looking forward to trying some of the other blends.
This was my first try at Mrs B Singh, what a revelation, simple to follow menu and tasty product at the end. Thanks for making life easier for a lazy chef.

Just made the butter chicken wow !!!!! the taste is amazing I found it slightly spicy so put a little more cream in , I finished by smoking it best curry kit I’ve ever tasted just like a restaurant 10/10 , Okeydokey.
This spice blend adds the final touch to any recipe it’s added to…… what else can I say.
My daughter uses these products and recommended them. I love coconut, so this was my first go to curry. It came with an easy to follow recipe card. All I can say is WOW! It tasted amazing and made my taste buds dance. If you love coconut, this one's a must

Without a doubt the best butter chicken I have cooked. Tried various recipes from across the Internet but Mrs Balbir Singh has got it right. Will be back to re stock the spice cupboard very soon 😀
