I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and the little tins look fantastic. I bought the garam masala and biryani mixes for a friend who was looking to make the perfect biryani. She was really pleased with the flavor.

Garam masala

This isn't just a spice mix for curries don't get me wrong ut is essential to finish the cooking with a teaspoon of this mix so superior to shop bought I now use this in other recipes i recently made a tomato and red onion chutney with excess Tom's from the allotment and added two teaspoons 10 mins before the end of cooking and wow it took the chutney to a different level this is before being bottled and stored for the flavours to mature. I sprinkle on cheese on toast might experiment in a creamy rice pudding
