Best ever consistently good spices
Mrs Babir Singh's spice collection is fantastic. The recipe cards are an added bonus (and the recipe's work!); but adding one of the spice mixes plus a little garam masala (and maybe ginger as that's a favourite of mine) to a simple vegetable curry makes it amazing! The Tandoori Rub and Butter Chicken mix are big favourites. Thank you.

One of my favourite spice mixes - light and fragrant but deeply flavoured. This is excellent with white fish and prawns, and also works a treat with chicken. I’ve re-ordered this and will re-order again.
