Old Delhi Butter Chicken

Started using the butter chicken about a year ago and won't use anything else now. I have cooked for family and friends a they all go crazy for it. I make a big batch and freeze. So I can get one out when ever we want a quick curry never had a takeaway since. I've had family and friends have me give them lesson's on how to cook it as I do tweak it slightly as we only like it mild. I also made this with left over leg of lamb at Easter it was amazing (just add the cooked lamb in at the end and make sure its warmed through properly) on my last order I ordered a tikka masala and a roman josh, can't wait to try 😀

Everyone who has tried this dish absolutely loves it and cannot believe it was homemade. It’s up there if not better than a takeaway curry from the local restaurant. You will not be disappointed! Just follow the recipe cards that come with all the spices, it’s so easy to make. I won’t make anything else, this is my go to curry dish of choice. Thank you

This is a family favourite and is easy to make using the recipe that is supplied with mix. I would suggest using a food thermometer to prevent overcooking the chicken.

I don't know how many times I've bought this - it's just soooo good! Friends just keep asking when am I going to make Butter Chicken again!
