This is a lovely curry I often make it with chick peas. Would be perfect with veggies, fish or chicken too. It's lighter but still has a nice heat kick to it. A welcome change as coconut milk rather than tomatoes.
Lovely flavour but a little hot for us, maybe the measurements were for 4 people not 2. We are pashanda fans, so like things easy but milder..
Easy to follow recipe that made a delicious creamy curry
A beautiful tin revealing aromatic spices for a delicious curry.
I was a little dubious about trying this one as I like my curries spicy. However I thought I’d give it a go and I’m so glad I did. It’s a little lighter than the others and would be great cooked with fish or veggies as well as chicken. As with the others if you follow the instructions it’s easy to get a most delicious curry. Given the choice between this or a takeaway, Mrs Balbir’s curries are first choice every time.
