- Vegetables, a medley of your preferred ones. Perhaps potatoes, spinach, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, peas, bell peppers, etc.

Whereas all our spice blends are vegan-friendly, you may need to use your favourite vegetarian or vegan alternatives for certain ingredients on our recipe cards where required.
Last night we enjoyed the Keralan Coconut curry using 2 cod fillets. We halved the amounts... Needless to say, it was as anticipated.
Can't wait to try the next one which I suspect will involve Lamb chops!
Absolutely gorgeous dish, so flavourful, just enough heat for those who don’t want too spicy a curry but enough to give an aftertaste tang. My first Mrs Balbir Singh spice mix as I usually grind my own spices, it won’t be the last for sure.

We spent 3 weeks in Kerala last year and this dish brought back good memories. A strange combination of coconut sweetness with chilli spice.
