Lovely tasty curries
I used a 50/50 mix of coconut cream and milk in the Kerelan curry, otherwise the sauce was a bit 'thin'. Tastes excellent though!

Best Butter Chicken Ever!!!
Just ordered more of this delicious blend of spices. The recipe is simply amazing and tastes much better than anything we’ve ever had from an Indian Restaurant. All of the spice mixes are delicious, but this is our favourite.

Stunning
The balance of flavour and depth really stand these out. Much deeper than your usual garam masala. It reduces the volume of spice required in dishes. The rogan josh has a serious tang to it. Could not recommend this pairing enough.
