My all time favourite meal

Having been to India 19 times, this Old Delhi Butter Chicken sspice kit makes a perfect butter chicken to match those I hav eaten there. In India they would use a Tandoor to cook the chicken before adding the sauce. You can get close with an oven , as per the instuctions, but exactly the same using a gas BBQ. I make eg 3 meals each for 2 people at the same time and frreze 2. Wonderful

As good as India

Butter chicken is my go to curry in Goa India its hard to find a takeaway that is close, but been able to make my own and it tastes as nice im shocked!!!

Such a treat!

Wonderful spice mix, as always! Tastes amazing and gives such a feel of restaurant standard food, easy to prepare at home. The spice blend gives a depth of flavour and you really can taste individual spices giving an authenticity rarely experienced with bought spice mixes. I used coconut milk instead of milk & cream, purely as there was some to use up & I didn’t have cream, and it was wonderful. Will be cooking this again real soon!

I was a little sceptical at first but oh my! What a taste, better than I expected and tastier than I've bought at any takeaway. Yummy 😋
