So, so good

I couldn't believe how simple and easy this recipe was to make and the flavour from those spices is amazing. The full 5tsp of old Delhi butter chicken spice was just a tad too hot for me so I will use 3tsp in my next attempt. Having said it was too hot I still ate it but it made my nose run. I will definitely be buying more when I have used these spices and I'll be trying new spices to add to my collection. The spices are beautifully presented in the little tins and will make super gifts for friends.

Deserves the acclaim

I ordered to see whether these live up to the hype... they do!! This made the best butter chicken sauce ever. I've tried loads of Indian spice blends and recipes and this sauce is just amazing. I cooked it alongside other T&T recipes for a family get-together. The recipe card produces a big pan full of sauce and I am going to try it with paneer next. Really very impressive!!

Delicious butter chicken curry

Tried the butter chicken curry recently & it was so delicious. Supermarket jars are nothing in comparison & I will definitely buy these again.
