This dish definitely changes the game when it comes to roast lamb. I think it improves the flavour if left overnight as directed. I froze it once made for the following week, but when we did eat it we were blown away by the flavour of the spices. This will be a regular dish for us without a doubt.
As with all other spices this one provides exquisite flavours that make one’s mouth water. I have never been disappointed with any of the other spices I have bought (of which there are many). Worth every penny.
