We absolutely love this Keralan curry !
First time of trying these spices today & I was a bit worried as I usually use ready made sauces but wow I won't be doing that anymore this curry was just absolutely gorgeous! Just the right level of heat as neither of us like really hot curries .....my hubby said that it was the best curry that he'd ever had! Would highly recommend 😃👌 ❤️
Placed my first order. My family are funny over currys so thought somebody would not like it, shock all of them thought it was amazing, so I placed a second order for more spices. Would highly recommend.
I followed the recipe sent with my order
I just love that it is not mega hot but allows subtle flavours ti develop
I am sold on it
Fantastic curry and simple to cook. Was a little worried it might be too much coconut but there was nothing to worry about. Mrs Balbir
