Out of all your spices this is my absolute favourite. So creamy
I am so happy I came across Mrs Balbir Singh Spices. The Old Delhi Butter Chicken is absolutely delicious! So easy to make aswell. I shall definitely have this as a permanent item in my cupboard.
Of all the wonderful spice blends I’ve tried from Mrs Balbir Singh, this has to be my favourite. The curry is so deliciously buttery and creamy, it always hits the spot. I’ve been asked to make it again and again. Never disappointed.
The last time I made it was to feed fifteen to twenty hungry men for a curry night my husband attended. The comments I received were brilliant and not a spoonful was left. I’ll always be sure to have a tin in my pantry.
By far the best curry that I have ever tasted. Stunning depth of flavour and easy to make
This is my absolutely favourite curry, easy to follow instructions and so incredibly tasty. I use passata instead of tinned tomatoes for a smoother sauce, add a tablespoon of dried kasoori methi and some kashmiri chilli powder. So much tastier than any takeaway curry I have ever had. Clean plates every time.
