Gave this as a gift to a friend who is a chef and he was over the moon with it. Praise indeed.
This is the sixth time I’ve had this recipe but this time I decided to level up after seeing the Masala burger email.
Served on a bed of Garam Masala mayo with a hat of cheese & onion these beef burgers went down a treat served to the family in brioche buns… nom nom
Absolutely delish, they don't take long to cook, lovely on the Barbie.
I consider myself a very well travelled person and cook. Mrs Balbir Singh’s products are superb!
This isn't just a spice mix for curries don't get me wrong ut is essential to finish the cooking with a teaspoon of this mix so superior to shop bought I now use this in other recipes i recently made a tomato and red onion chutney with excess Tom's from the allotment and added two teaspoons 10 mins before the end of cooking and wow it took the chutney to a different level this is before being bottled and stored for the flavours to mature. I sprinkle on cheese on toast might experiment in a creamy rice pudding
💯 for flavor
plan to buy more I will work my way through everything
One of the best currys I've had, would definitely recommend. Don't waste your time and money buying tons of spices that you will struggle to use up. Excellent packaging and a lovely simple recipe card that is easy to read and understand. I will definitely be buying more 5 *****
Vindaloo. I have always wanted to try vindaloo but didn't dare. I bought the spices from mrs singh and we had for tea last night. OMG how amazing is this. Absolutely gorgeous even other half said he would have it again which to be honest surprised me as he doesn't like hot food. It isn't hot but spicy a hit in our house like everything else we have from Mrs Singh. Love it will get more. I did it with chicken for quickness but it was gorgeous. I made pilau rice which we both love also. Mint ratai and cucumber raita for my partner just incase. Needless to say it all got eaten.
