Yes lamb is the obvious choice, but since have used with beef and minced turkey, using the recipe card still, and all three hand been banging!
Yes another fantastic spice. Made lamb kebabs and what can I say other than yet another hit with the husband and myself. Ate in a flat bread with mint/yoghurt sauce. This will be another Balbir regular for us :)
