I’ve had many a different spice/s from all over the place but must was introduced to Mrs Balbir Singh spices by a friend .. I could not believe how tasty my lamb chops were, I followed the simple instructions and WOW ..! Best I’ve tasted, I’ve tried the rest but these are the best !
You have to try this incredible spice mix, it tastes absolutely amazing and the longer you leave it in the fridge to marinate the better results you get - first time I left it 4 hours and second time overnight - the longer the better. This is the best spice mix I’ve ever put on lamb chops and will definitely be buying more
Lamb chops are clearly delightful with this, but also spiced a roast rack of lamb, and (dare I say it) pork chops also. Very fragrant and nicely spiced with vibrant flavours
