Really loved making this butter chicken very authentic taste albeit a little on the hot side.
I’ve made the butter chicken curry, it is straightforward following the recipe card instructions and it tastes sublime.
Everyone I have made it for loves it and I’d only ever make curries using mrs Balbir Singh spice mixes from now on.
The butter chicken is so delicious and easy to make, I'm on my second order if this and going through the other spices now!
I have made this delicious Dehli butter chicken for friends and the verdict was this was the best butter chicken they ever had. I agree with them, it's full of flavour and has a little kick I love. Kitchen cupboard is now full of the full selection of spices from this company. Very Highly recommended.
I am unable to comment about the authenticity of the flavours but they make wonderful curries. As a now retired ex-chef and plant based I use these spice mixes to create simple but very popular.
One of my ‘things’ is to give my friends and neighbours examples of my dishes and I now have them queuing out the door.

Ordered a few weeks ago, just about to order these two again. Love the curries, a step above the norm. Kerala coconut chicken thighs with sweet potato pictured. Yum.
I made the biryani today, absolutely stunning. I would maybe dial down the spices next time as it was quite poky, but the flavours were amazing
I had some friends around , one of them is vegan so I made this with cauliflower and bell peppers, it was amazing and nobody missed the meat ???? Cannot recommend these spices highly enough, the dishes are restaurant quality every time
