VERY VERSATILE & SUPER QUICK TO MAKE. PERFECT WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

- Firm White Fish
- Prawns
- Vegetables, a medley of your preferred ones. Perhaps potatoes, spinach, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, peas, bell peppers, etc.
- Other vegan or plant-based proteins such as Quorn®, tofu or tempeh.

This brings back memories of freshly caught and prepared fish curry on a houseboat in Kerala. It makes the perfect and authentic dish just like all the Mrs Balbir Singh spice blends.
Even better it is the simplest of dishes to prepare, with prawns, or our favourite, nice big chunks of monkfish.
I made this and it was hot for me but then I made it again with half the spice and it was delicious 👍
This one is beautiful with fish. We used cod, king prawns and a few veggies. Its not a thick sauce so we put it with sticky rice. Delicious.
Really enjoyed this, light and flavourful. Very easy to make which always helps!
