We’ve been using the spice blends for some time now, butter chicken being one of our favourites.
We decided to try something a little hotter and cooked the Goan Vindaloo last week.
It didn’t disappoint! Not as ‘hot’ as intended as we reduced the amount of spice blend but nevertheless really authentic and enjoyable. These curries also freeze and reheat fabulously, we now tend to batch cook every few weeks.
We’re so pleased that we discovered Mrs Balbir Singh’s spice blends, we haven’t ordered an Indian takeaway in over 18 months!

Getting the recipe cards with the spices is fabulous and so easy to follow. I’ve given some of the spices as gifts and my friends and family have all found them to be gorgeous and really authentic tasting.

I wasn't expecting to love it as much as I do, I've had tandoori lamb chops when I've been to an Indian I didn't for a minute think it would compare but it definitely did, this one definitely hits the spot

Firstly the delivery was fast, the spices are beautifully packaged but not only that I have to say I made the best butter chicken using these spices and the recipe card supplied, I think anybody would be a fool to leave these behind
My son bought me a complete pack for Christmas and I have just bought another. Every curry has been perfect. The straightforward instructions help to make the cooking job easy for someone unfamiliar with the dish in question. We now have a mbs curry at least once a week.

Used the cocktail kebab mix to make some gorgeous burgers with a combination of pork and beef mince for the barbecue. The flavours were amazing but don’t skimp on the chilli as the after heat is excellent
Really amazing spice mix, much more complexity of flavour than other brands I've tried. Makes a really superior curry. Won't buy any other curry powders now I've discovered Mrs B - by far the best.
Have not used it yet, but it smells outstanding! The Tandoori Marinade and the Butter Chicken simmer sauce was awesome!!
