I had been watching this site for a while and thought ok, let's try it.......well, all I can say is yummy, full of flavour, the whole family loved it. I seen reviews saying they will never go to an I dian restaurant again...they are right, no need with these amazing spices, and the recipe included
Made the Tandoori Fried Chicken and the result was simply amazing. Fantastic flavour from this rub is able to transform simple chicken wings into something that betters the Colonel’s recipe. Will definitely be making more very soon.
Old Delhi butter chicken is my go to batch cook curry always a welcome meal and great comments from friends and family

I tried this recipe with prawns and boy did not disappoint, love love loved it! Definitely a new favourite in our house!!

This was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to make it again with lamb (did chicken breast today) … if it hadn’t been sold out I would have bought 2 more as gifts for my brothers … 10/10
We love our Indian food and like to cook our own but usually made from pre made sauces. After seeing several promotions on Instagram thought we would try Mrs Balbir Singh and so glad we did. Original Garam Masala added a wonderful authentic flavour to our first venture with their 'Old Delhi Butter Chicken' recipe and found it so easy to cook using the recipe cards you receive from Mrs Balbir. Cant wait to try out more recipes.

Absolutely gorgeous biryani! It does take a while to make, but is well worth the effort. Loved it so much I’ve made a huge batch to fill the freezer with for when it takes my fancy (every other day at the moment…)
I’ve been buying ready made butter chicken and adding my own ingredients. I made the Balbir singh version to the recipe and it is amazing, a lovely depth of flavour and best I’ve tasted, I’m trying the Taandoori next Thanks
My first purchase and certainly won’t be my last. Great flavours produced by the spice blend, accompanied by easy to follow step-by-step recipe & method card. Looking forward to trying some of the other spice blends available.
Ordered the Karalan coconut curry powder to try before trying the others. It didn’t disappoint. I made it with chicken. It was delicious. Will definitely be ordering others to try!

Love this spice, adds a nice flavour to my Keema curry’s. Great value as only a small amount is needed to add the flavour. If you love making your own curry meals then this spice is a must to any dish

Followed the recipe included with the spices and it was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend. The spices aren’t cheap but they’ll be enough for several meals for two, and are much better than anything from the supermarket, well worth the extra. I’ll be ordering other varieties.

I’m delighted to have discovered Balbir Singh’s curry range and the Old Delhi Butter Chicken is my favourite so far. So easy to prepare with the instructions on your recipe card. Have now bought as birthday gifts so my family can share the experience.
When I first started using Mrs Balbir Singh I thought I would just use my supermarket bought garam masala and it was ok. On a later order I purchased this one and what a difference it made, so don’t make the same mistake , there is a world of difference.
