A really tasty curry; not ‘blow your head off hot’ at all; just nicely spiced. Ate the leftovers in wraps with yoghurt, coriander, mago chutney and lettuce. Delicious!

Old Delhi Butter Chicken is one of the best curries I have ever made, to elevate this curry use the Tandoori Rub to marinade the chicken. I was diagnosed Coeliac a few years back & I cannot eat maize/corn so my diet mainly consists of curries 4/5 nights of the week, I also have basmati rice for breakfast with a touch of whatever curry sauce I have made. Discovering Mrs Balbir Singh website/curries/spices is one of the best food discoveries I have ever made.
