Delicious beef kebabs

Really tasty kebabs with just the right amount of kick in them. The smell when cooking them was amazing. Served them with homemade flatbread and cucumber raita 10/10

Amazing either as a cocktail or a burger

This is the sixth time I’ve had this recipe but this time I decided to level up after seeing the Masala burger email.

Served on a bed of Garam Masala mayo with a hat of cheese & onion these beef burgers went down a treat served to the family in brioche buns… nom nom
