Each of our spice blend tins contains enough blend for between 3-5 dishes which serve between 4-6 people per dish.

Wonderfully authentic

I was given a selection of Mrs Balbir Singh's spices as gift and I can honestly say they have transformed the way I cook curry. The flavours are phenomenal and so I decided to buy the connoisseur collection. It's too soon to have tried them all but judging by the first set, I am certain that I will find totally different and authentic flavours from all over the wonderful country of India. And yes I have been there and eaten their fantastically flavoured foods.

Arrived quickly and I had the ideas of what I wanted to make, the easy to follow recipe cards soon changed my plans and the outcome was simply amazing. OK some may say this is expensive but the quality and flavours are worth every penny and highly recommended.

I have only made the butter chicken so far but WOW! I have never really liked homemade curry, never quite tasted like those from a restaurant or take away, these spices are a game changer! Easy to follow recipe and what a flavour! Really pleased I found them!

Cocktail Kebabs

First time making these, used chicken mince to keep the calories low (125 calories for two small kebabs).
Recipe made 13 small kebabs weighing 55-60 grams raw weight
I used a flatbread, reduced fat garlic and herb dip and mango chutney to flavour the salad (using up items near their use by date to avoid waste)
I cooked kebabs in air fryer for 12 minutes (probably a little bit over cooked but I have a thing about under cooked meat)
Made a very tasty lunch
