Freshly roasted, ground and blended. Then packed in our new eco-friendly spice tins, and delivered in our standard mailer box. Includes our easy-to-follow recipe cards for each curry and a background card on Mrs Balbir Singh. Perfect for all curry-lovers.

Each of our spice blend tins contains enough blend for between 3-5 dishes which serve between 4-6 people per dish.

Allergen & Dietary Information

The ingredients we use are free from gluten, nuts and dairy - but are packed in a facility that also handles these items in a separate area.

Whereas all our spice blends are vegan-friendly, you may need to use your favourite vegetarian or vegan alternatives for certain ingredients on our recipe cards where required.

We’ve have always made our own curries. We even made our own ghee once.

The outcome is that the curries (3tried so far) are better than some curries I had in actual Indian restaurants.
Start to serving is less than an hour including prep and the recipe card is so easy to follow. 10/10. Looking forward to the next evening in curry

I love to cook curry and world foods in general. Over 40 years I have developed some nice curry dishes of my own that my friends rave about. Now I've found the spice blends it has raised my standards to another level. Though slightly more expensive than off the shelf spices, they are worth every bit of what you pay. As well as that you get these wonderful recipe cards which are also a cut above anything else I've had before. They really seem to emphasise on quality rather than profit. As long as they keep this up, I will be a regular customer.thank you Mrs Balbir.
