DIETARY INFORMATION
Whereas all our spice blends are vegan-friendly, you may need to use your favourite vegetarian or vegan alternatives for certain ingredients on our recipe cards where required.
I would never have thought about a coconut curry if it wasn't for the Keralan spices.I have made many now and each one has been excellent.Easy to use recipe card and spices are superb.
I’m afraid I’m not a fan. I’d bought it because our local Indian does the best Kerela chicken meal and thought I’d try to recreate at home. So much hot spice. Very disappointing. It could well be that my Indian hasn’t got the correct recipe but I’ll enjoy their food better than mine
I have cooked alot of Indian food over the years .Mixing this, grinding that but this spice blend is just amazing and so easy .
Authentic curry in a short period of time .
Just the right amount of coconut and heat .
The Keralan curry is one of the nicest mixes of the collection. Whether it’s chicken or fish, it’s so tasty and delicious.
Really easy to make and wonderful taste. Love all these spices..
