This is only the 2nd time of using Mrs Balbir spices and I am really impressed, my son recommended them and he was right, takes a while longer but beats ready made rubbish.

I have made the old Delhi butter chicken and shahi chicken masala and both dishes are exceptional. I read reviews about not needing to get an Indian takeaway again, and I completely agree!! The recipe cards are cute too, old style. Thanks for bringing out such wonderful products.

We have tried many different types of butter chicken, including ready made and just adding chicken to prepared sauce, but Mrs Balbirs is delicious, the flavours are outstanding.
