Freshly roasted, ground and blended. Then packed in our new eco-friendly spice tins, and delivered in our standard mailer box. Includes our easy-to-follow recipe cards for each curry and a background card on Mrs Balbir Singh. Perfect for all curry-lovers.

Each of our spice blend tins contains enough blend for between 3-5 dishes which serve between 4-6 people per dish.

Allergen & Dietary Information

The ingredients we use are free from gluten, nuts and dairy - but are packed in a facility that also handles these items in a separate area.

Whereas all our spice blends are vegan-friendly, you may need to use your favourite vegetarian or vegan alternatives for certain ingredients on our recipe cards where required.

Delicious authentic flavour!

We live in Florida and struggle to get Indian food in any capacity, so I ordered the 9 pack as a Christmas gift for my husband to try making our own, and so far, we are really impressed! Keralan coconut curry was amazing, cooked half with paneer and half with chicken and both worked really well. Also made the chana masala and that was fantastic. Both tasted very authentic. A big relief after years of using poor imitation jarred sauces! Definitely looking forward to trying the other curries. We will be ordering again.

Fabulous results

I ordered the nine pack Curry Connoisseur Collection which arrived very quickly. I have made one curry so far, the Butter Chicken. Following the recipe card, I managed to make the most fragrant, flavourful curry ever. I can't wait to make some of the other curries in the collection. Definitely FIVE STARS!

Layers of flavour

Impressed thus far, have tried 3 of the curries from the connoisseur collection and all taste great’s: Dal Palak, Butter chicken, Keema masala (to which I added peas on serving).
Non-complex recipes, layered curries with the right amount of heat - looking forward to the biryani and Lamb Raan!
