- New or Baby Potatoes, cubed
- Mrs Balbir Singh's Tandoori Rub
- Salt to taste
- Lemon Juice
- Fresh Coriander (Cilantro) Leaves, chopped
- Oil (Sunflower, Vegetable or Canola)
Sprinkle Mrs Balbir Singh’s Tandoori Rub onto some cubed potatoes, adding a little salt and lemon to taste. Drizzle some oil over, then grill (broil), sautée or cook as usual. Use a few chopped coriander leaves for a refreshing garnish.
