I am an average cook. I am an average lover of curries (not too hot!). I made the butter chicken dish, per the recipe card and it was AMAZING!!!! Served with coconut rice and Loved it! Now I can pretend I am a great curry chef,, when we all know it is Mrs Balbir Singh! Thank you!
