2-PACK: Shahi Chicken Masala & Original Garam Masala

These curry powders are fabulous! None of the fake, bitter flavour that so many ready-made cooking sauces have. We now make all our curries from scratch since discovering Mrs Balbir Singh’s spice collection - there are great recipe cards whenever you buy them and we’ve made some outstanding dinners! One tip - you’ll probably need to increase the amount of spice powder mentioned in the recipes. We don’t like our curries especially spicy but we use 3 teaspoons of the Shahi Masala mix and 3 of the Garam Masala when the recipe calls for just one. That aside, we’re absolutely delighted to have discovered this brand. Oh and one more thing - the customer service is second to none. Every email I’ve sent has been answered quickly, with all the information I’ve needed and with the utmost politeness and good humour. Really impressed all round!

Excellent spice blends and the finished curry is amazing. Very easy to cook and any extra sauce freezes well. Will certainly be buying others .

This is lovely....creamy and flavoursome and a great background heat which gets you after the spices.....yummy!

What can I say, I have tried the coconut curry, which is amazing and this is just as good. If you've not tried it yet, then you need to!

We love our authentic curries away from the western rubbish you get. Just wow. Mrs Balbir curries are simply devine and one of favourites is the Shahi.
