Each of our spice blend tins contains enough blend for between 3-5 dishes which serve between 4-6 people per dish.

Allergen & Dietary Information

The ingredients we use are free from gluten, nuts and dairy - but are packed in a facility that also handles these items in a separate area. Whereas all our spice blends are vegan-friendly, you may need to use your favourite vegetarian or vegan alternatives for certain ingredients on our recipe cards where required.

Dal Palak

I purchased the 8-PACK: The Master Curry & Tandoori Collection a couple of weeks ago and have so far only used the the Tandori blend and the Dal Palak spice. Both are delight.
The recepie for the Dal was extremely easy to follw and the end result superb. Looking forward to repeating it and to explore the other spices/recepies.

Very Jealous

I bought this selection as an Xmas present for my daughter who is a keen cook especially liking curries etc. She was over the moon with what was included and has already started using it. When I saw the contants of the collection I was a little envious.Nothing but praise from her as to the quality of the spice mixes. I had already bought a smaller slection for myself and I have to say both I and our guests( for dinner) thoroughly enjoyed the Rogan Josh mix. I scaled the recipe up to feed 8 people and found that decreasing the mix 20% instead of exactly double was just right as advised by yourselves
I would also like to say the the inclusion of the recipe cards is such a nice touch and gives you the opportunity to use the spices in exactly the right amounts and authentically.
I will continue to spread the word and be back soo for my next order.
