Excellent spice blends and the finished curry is amazing. Very easy to cook and any extra sauce freezes well. Will certainly be buying others .

This is lovely....creamy and flavoursome and a great background heat which gets you after the spices.....yummy!

Impressed thus far, have tried 3 of the curries from the connoisseur collection and all taste great’s: Dal Palak, Butter chicken, Keema masala (to which I added peas on serving).
Non-complex recipes, layered curries with the right amount of heat - looking forward to the biryani and Lamb Raan!

Love these spices

We bought the Butter Chicken and Original Garam Masala mixes as a trial run based on the amazing reviews on Mrs Balbir Singh facebook page, and are so glad we did! We followed the Butter Chicken Recipe card and were rewarded with a wonderful butter chicken curry that was more than a match for any take away butter chicken curry we’ve had! Needless to say, we will be purchasing more of these amazing spice blends to widen our authentic Indian cuisine cooking capabilities !

First class products and service, recipe cards are a god send for ideas. Highly recommended have used them for a couple of years now and will keep on doing so.

These are the most tastiest curries I have ever had that I would not order takeaway again in a hurry. Flavoursome and easy to follow recipie cards. One tin does numerous meals so very good value and I re use the tins a small bonus.
