Great collection of spices

I’ve recently bought the Master Grill
Collection. The only spice blend I haven’t tried of them test is the Cocktail Kebabs. The others are really good and went down a treat with our friends and family who have dined with us. The Roast Lamb Raan and Tandoori chops were especially good. Buying the ready mixed spices in tins I a great way of cooking authentic curries / Indian food. The family have loved everything I’ve made so far. I keep a considerable range of spices as I like to cook food from different pasty’s of the world but this is the way forward for me with Indian cuisine.

Fantastic Masala lamb chops

I followed the recipe for the lamb chops so easy and delicious cooked on BBQ family loved them. Also made cocktail kebabs used chicken instead of mince so easy to make just put everything in the food processor make into patties through on the BBQ then in pitta bread with salad again went down a treat with the family.

Wonderful Spices

I stumbled upon Balbir Singh spices quite by accident so I placed an order the first try was Rogan Josh accompanied by the Biryani excellent then the Shahi Chicken Masala with Sari Chana Masala again beautiful. Since then I have had the Old Delhi Butter Chicken best I have eaten and the Goan Vindaloo. As I write this I have just eaten Chicken Tikka made with the Tandoori rub and the Cocktail Kebabs again delicious and one of best parts is the time to cook not having to spend all day in the kitchen to get authentic Indian dishes.yesterday I placed my fourth order service excellent and the product is the best I have tried.
