Packaging was great, quality looks great. Going to cook first one this weekend clear instructions and the spices smell great
Love dealing with this company, ordered on several occasions & the dishes turn out really authentic! I live on these curries, I’m not a great cook but the recipe cards are truly brilliant. I’m happy to be a returning customer!
I have only made the shahi chicken but will be doing the keema next.
Absolutely gorgeous curry. Just like the restaurant. I do advise to do a level spoon and not heap because it was quite spicy but still delicious. I will be buying the butter chicken next. It looks so good.
Definitely recommend.
My daughter loves this when she’s over for a meal at my house so much so I’ve ordered her the set as a Christmas gift
Im sure it will bring a big smile on Christmas Day!
Cooked some lamb mince as directed on the recipe card using the Keema Masala and Garam Masala spices. Results were delicious, but not chilli hot, and all the better for that. We could really taste the different spices in the blend.
These are absolutely wonderful. Forget ready made sauces - Mrs Balbir Singh is the way to go. Perfectly balanced spices which makes every meal completely authentic. I love the fact that you still have to put some effort in to prepare a delicious meal. I would absolutely recommend these.
Can't recommend mrs balbir singhs spices enough. The biriani spice is amazing. Just the right amount of heat. Since discovering these I have not had any takeaways. So much better homemade
Having just received my first order, a 6 pack of spices, I decided to cook myself a Rogan Josh the very same night . One of the best I have had the pleasure to make . The recipe cards are so easy to follow . I will certainly be trying more out very soon .
These spices have really upped my curry game! So far i've made a delicious dal palak with added fried potatoes as a main course; butter chicken - way better than even the best shop bought pastes and a brilliant Mughlai keema masala where I substituted the keema (mince) for chopped mushrooms - worked fabulously. Can't wait to try the rest. My only word of advice is if you like mild curries you'll need to add less spice powder - the ones I've tried have an excellent and subtle heat, but might be a bit hot for some.
Great quality, expensive but good
