The word is ‘WOW’

I had some friends visit last weekend and thought I would make a curry. I ordered the spices from mrsbalbirsing.com and they arrived packed to perfection and in good time. I then set about making my Old Deli Butter Chicken using the recipe card enclosed in my order. All went well, my guests turned up as arranged, we went to the pub for a quick drink before tea. Got back home and finished putting the final touches to the curry and sat down to eat. The curry was insane to say the least, best curry we have ever eaten. The flavours were amazing and so authentic. Simple effective and dam right delicious. Thank you so much Mrs Balbirsingh, what a superstar…..

Sorry, I haven't used it yet but I'm looking forward to doing so, and if it lives up to all the other spices I have had from you then I won't be disappointed. I will write as soon as I make the first Biryani. So for now, 5 stars because I'm sure it will come up to expectations.

Biryani heaven!

Have purchased everything that Mrs Balbir Singh site does, and will never go back to takeaway curries!!
The biryani mix is our special favourite, and have tried it using chicken and lamb numerous times with great results. Even our friends want to know the recipe, but that just prompts easy present choices!!
Sometimes we accompany this dish with the also excellent Chana Massalla.
Our advice, try it once, you'll never look back!!
