Absolutely divine

U am hooked on all the spices, the meals are far better than any restaurant m. I always make double of everything so I’ve plenty to eat! My favourite is butter chicken which - is now called butter less butter chicken as I don’t like butter. It’s the Best !!!!! I’m even considering having it for Christmas Day dinner

Memories

I first make kemma peas from Mrs Balbir Singhs when I bought the cookbook in the 70s. It was always a favourite with friends. I made it again today but used the spice blend and it brought back so many happy memories of my first introduction to indian food. All those years later I still use the book and now the spice blends make my life easier. This is the third batch of the garam masala I have bought. Expensive but the quality makes it worth it. I look forward to more new recipes.

The Rogan Josh is done its in the slow cooker you cant bear these spices my sons and wives love them too theyre great really authentic

Wonderful spices

I've used these spices for a while now and they are consistently perfect for making wonderful curries which taste outstanding! I bought this pack for a friend to try, because I know she will love them. They are winging their way to her right now through the post, ready for International Curry Week, and I know she will not be disappointed, and will love them as much as I do! ♡♡♡

Garam Masala

Last night I made a Chicken Masala using the chicken masala & garam masala and followed the recipe card 226.
Wow !! absolutely delicious. My husband is a Curry connoisseur and was very impressed indeed. I can't wait to try out the other spices I've bought.
