I've bought and used the Butter Chicken mix and it makes one of the best curries I've had.
Usually I go for jalfrezzi in a restaurant but wanted to try something different. When I followed the recipe it was a little hot for my wife. I experimented with the amount finally getting it spot on just as the jar ran out 🤣.

Very nice spice
Made my first Biryani last week using this spice and you can tell the difference in quality and smell. The only thing we found is using the exact amount of spice suggested it was too hot for us . So if you prefer it mild then maybe half the amount that’s all.
