My first order was for myself - to try out the spices. The recipe cards are a great way to get started and I’ve had a couple of wonderful meals : the Singh Dal Palak and Kashmiri Rogan Josh. Both tasted delicious and the aroma of cooking was fabulous. I’m experimenting with my own variations and enjoying the results, so much so that my second order was for two of the selections of spices. I’ll be gifting these to family and can’t wait to get feedback. Overall, a delicious and delightful discovery!

Used this to make a dish using Venison. Succulent, spicy, tongue tingling in the best possible way.
