Mrs Balbir Singh's Indian Cookery Book Featured on BBC Radio 4

The iconic Mrs Balbir Singh's Indian Cookery book was part of a celebration of cookbooks feature on BBC Radio 4's Broadcasting House programme earlier today! In the programme, the book is referred to as the "Rosetta Stone of Indian food" and "a fantastic and revolutionary work", with Chris also singling out Mrs Balbir Singh's very authentic pork vindaloo as his favourite.
